Eligibility Criteria
Flying Branch
- Graduation (minimum 60%) with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level OR
- BE/B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks.
Ground Duty (Technical)
- BE/B.Tech degree in relevant Engineering disciplines.
Ground Duty (Non-Technical)
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Administration, Accounts, Logistics, Education, or related streams.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2027)
- Flying Branch: 20 to 24 years (Born between 02 Jan 2003 and 01 Jan 2007)
- For CPL Holders: Up to 26 years (Born between 02 Jan 2001 and 01 Jan 2007)
- Ground Duty (Tech/Non-Tech): 20 to 26 years (Born between 02 Jan 2001 and 01 Jan 2007)

- AFCAT Entry: ₹550 + GST (Non-refundable)
- NCC Special Entry: No Fee
Selection Process
- Online AFCAT Written Exam
- AFSB Testing – includes:
- Stage-I: Officer Intelligence Rating Test & Picture Perception Discussion
- Stage-II: Psychological Test, Group Tests, and Interview
- CPSS Test (for Flying Branch only)
- Final Merit List based on Written & AFSB performance
Salary Structure
- Flying Officer: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (Level 10)
- MSP: ₹15,500 per month
- Flight Cadets (Training): Stipend of ₹56,100 per month
- Additional allowances: Flying Allowance, Technical Allowance, Risk & Hardship Allowance, etc.
